In this role as an ABA Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator, you’ll act as the key point of coordination between clinicians and families, ensuring cases are staffed efficiently and services begin smoothly. PLEASE NOTE • Working Hours Monday – Friday | 900 AM – 600 PM EST (300 PM – 1200 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). • Public Holidays This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). • Internet Requirements A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. • Power Backup Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment Fully remote. Job Responsibilities (not limited to) • Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable BCBAs (Board Certified Behaviour Analysts), RBTs (Responsible Behaviour Technicians) and BTs (Behavioural Therapists) with families. • Sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential top talent for available cases. • Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage. • Onboard clinicians and prepare them to begin providing services. • Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care. • Ensure all coordination is accurate, timely, and well-organized in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Industry Experience • ABA experience is a plus, but not essential. • Previous experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare industry. Soft Skills (Essential) • Excellent English communication and fluency. • High emotional intelligence and strong intuition. • Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly when needed. • Strong problem-solving and “puzzle-piece” matching ability. Technical Skills • Basic computer skills. • Comfortable navigating MS Office and Outlook. • No advanced Excel skills required.
