Location

The Strategic Partner Growth Manager (Brazil) is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm).
Candidates need to reside in US or Mexico.
Some travel is required, for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
Candidates must hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally and speak fluent in Portuguese.
We will also accept candidates fluent in Spanish.

The Role

Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for an exciting new role that will sit in our Strategic Partner Growth department.
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager with business development/account management experience, to support the growth of this exciting new department and have a key focus in the Brazil/LATAM affiliate space.
This person will be required to join client calls to pitch high value opportunities, to provide strategic insights, their progress to goals and proactively manage the top 10 partners for their respective clients.
Thinking with a how not if mentality, maintaining an action-oriented approach, and effective questioning will be critical in this role.

Top 5 Job Responsibilities
  • Publisher Performance:
    Contributes to the growth of clients through creation of high potential relationships and optimization of publishers.
  • Performance and Placement Trackers:
    Follow client-approved processes for paid placements and partner optimizations.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships:
    Is a trusted and knowledgeable resource, serving as a subject matter expert across partners, and the verticals of their managed clients.
    Proactively leads conversations to share insights and expertise, adding value not only to the accounts they support but also to the broader department and AP.
  • Business Development and Publisher Relationships:
    Identifies and recruits high-quality partners with strong revenue potential based client needs.
    Regularly utilizes available tools such as APVision and SimilarWeb.
  • Written and Verbal Communication:
    Communications are clear, informative, and engaging.
    Asks relevant questions during publisher interactions to vet opportunities effectively.
    Manages day-to-day communication with top publishers in program (when paid placements and optimization).

  • Relationship Management:
    Where applicable, optimizes opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client.
    Must view themselves as a true extension of the client's business and foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with these key partners.
  • Budget Management:
    Identifies and acts on opportunities that will drive client growth while maintaining a healthy return on investment.
  • Time Management:
    Demonstrates exceptional calendar and time management skills.
Strategy and Execution
  • Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals:
    Where required, participates in engagement kickoff call with client and ongoing calls as needed; asks appropriate questions and has a clear understanding of client goals and KPIs.
  • Creation and Ongoing Ownership of Partner Strategy:
    Creates plan for recruitment and/or paid placement initiatives to support the client's program, including expected timeline for execution.
    Implements paid placement strategy, including negotiation of terms, campaign set-up, commission changes, screenshots and communication with partners.
    Executes recruitment strategy, including list building, outreach template and tracker.
  • Strategy Pivots:
    Adapts to change and pivots strategies to reach client goals; sets expectations and projects new goals when not achievable.
    Consistently communicates with confidence and professionalism, constructively pushing back on unrealistic client goals while preserving trust and strengthening the relationship.

    Ensures clients have all necessary information to make informed decisions, clearly articulating the "why" behind each opportunity and the expected value it brings to the program, including anticipated

    Regularly identifies, pitches and secures approval for innovative out-of-the-box opportunities.
