At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector . You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.

Main responsibilities:

  • Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
  • Deployments and testing for new projects.
  • Obsolescence management and patching activities.
  • Handling user requests and internal client support.
  • Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
  • Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations
  • Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Technical Environment
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux
  • Databases: SQL / Oracle
  • Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD
  • Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook
Who are you?
  • 3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
  • Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).
  • Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers
  • ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.
  • Good level of english.
  • Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
