Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity to join our Equity Administration team. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan purchase programs. Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑plan purchase matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness. Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and purchase‑plan activities—to guarantee accurate settlement, reporting, and tax compliance. Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, delivering clear and helpful guidance. Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, ensuring a seamless participant experience. Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making. Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving regulatory and business requirements. Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
