ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an innovative Art Director to join our team. You will be responsible for helping to create visually compelling stories for our many activations, events and digital content. You will be working closely with the executives, as well as leading and collaborating with the design team. As Art Director, you will find a balance between the creative and leadership to bring our clients' vision to life. The ideal candidate for this position will have an eye for detail, the ability to work through creative challenges, and a motivation to exceed client expectations. In order to thrive in this role, one must be eager to push limits artistically while maintaining a leadership role. The ability to communicate creatively and professionally with the DE-YAN team as well as clients is an absolute must. Being open to experimental work, storytelling and an editorial aesthetic is an absolute must. We believe in trust and responsibility—you should be able to work autonomously to create while working through creative challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead creative directors, designers, and producers to develop innovative, compelling projects • Work with the design team to plan creative direction and approach • Manage the creative team by identifying strengths and providing clear feedback • Oversee projects from concept through final execution, ensuring quality and brand consistency • Develop creative briefs and mood boards that communicate vision to internal teams and clients • Review and approve design work, providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards • Collaborate with production teams to ensure creative concepts are feasible and delivered on time • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work innovative • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to client pitches • Maintain organized project files and documentation for team reference REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of experience with Art Direction, agency experience preferred • Confidence and skill in communicating artistic vision to clients, creative leads and junior teams. • Must be highly organized, have meticulous attention to detail and be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. • Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment. • Be aware of content and experiential trends in luxury, fashion, tech and lifestyle marketing and regularly apply that knowledge to creative projects. • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
