Role Description Image Marketing Pro is seeking a full-time Entertainment Lighting Channel Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with dealers, designers, rental and production houses, AVL integrators, venues, and end users throughout the territory. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong follow-through, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in professional lighting, entertainment technology, and live event production.

This position requires consistent account visits, travel throughout the territory, product demonstrations, opportunity tracking, sales reporting, and close collaboration with manufacturers, dealers, customers, and internal team members.

The Channel Account

Manager will be expected to build and grow strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, support product education, and help drive revenue growth across the Image Marketing Pro brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned accounts across the territory.

Develop strong relationships with dealers, rental companies, production companies, integrators, venues, and end users.

Identify new sales opportunities and help move them through the pipeline.

Conduct regular in-person account visits, product demonstrations, trainings, and follow-ups.

Represent manufacturer brands professionally and productively in the field.

Communicate customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and sales opportunities to management and vendor partners.

Prepare timely sales reports, account recaps, opportunity updates, and territory feedback.

Support product launches, dealer events, trade shows, trainings, and regional marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure strong communication, execution, and customer support.

Maintain a professional, organized, and accountable approach to territory management. Qualifications

Experience in sales, account management, business development, or channel sales.

Knowledge of professional lighting, live events, production, AVL integration, or entertainment technology is highly preferred.

Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and priorities.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Comfortable conducting product demonstrations, training, and customer presentations.

Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, email, spreadsheets, and general business software.

Professional attitude and ability to represent premium manufacturer brands with credibility.

A bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

They should enjoy working with customers, solving problems, learning products, and creating opportunities. This role requires someone who can operate independently while staying aligned with the company’s strategy, communication standards, and vendor expectations.

Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and may include a base salary, commission structure, and performance-based incentives.
