As a Clinical Pharmacist you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to improve health quality outcomes (i.e. medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). You will need to be in the office monthly and will need to be in the office daily during the initial training period which should last 3 weeks.<br/><br/><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li> Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes </li><li> Optimize pharmacy therapy through additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies </li><li> Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion </li><li> Provide responses to drug information requests </li><li> Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements </li><li> Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems </li><li> Coach, provide feedback, and guide others </li><li> Roles will improve CAHPs member experience results as measured by CAHPs scores which contribute to over 35% of Star Rating and Medication Adherence at 14% </li><li> Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Med Adh Members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs </li><li> Document and track member engagement </li></ul><br/><br/>You9ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.<br/><br/><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li> Bachelor9s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy </li><li> Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas </li><li> 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist </li><li> 3+ years of patient consultation experience while working as a licensed pharmacist </li><li> Beginner level of proficiency navigating MS Office and Windows-based environment </li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li> Pharm D </li><li> Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience </li></ul><br/><br/>*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group9s Telecommuter Policy<br/><br/>Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
