Proceso de selección: En nuestro centro REIFS REGINA, Churriana de la VEga, buscamos incorporar una persona para el puesto de COCINERA/O.

Responsabilidades

Entre las responsabilidades que asumirías se encuentran, la planificación, preparación y servicio de los menús y dietas establecidos en la planificación mensual, organización y limpieza de la cocina, despensas y almacenes, seguimiento del Plan de Autocontrol de cocina, elaboración y recepción de pedidos.

Requisitos

Requisitos: Es necesario que cuentes con experiencia previa en cocinas de servicios de restauración colectiva como residencias, hospitales u hoteles. Valoraremos positivamente que tengas formación específica en cocina y gastronomía.
