Job Overview

As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will be a pivotal force in transforming our marketing efforts into tangible results. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously design, implement, and continuously optimize marketing funnels, ensuring every touchpoint effectively converts website traffic into high-quality leads. This role demands a deep understanding of user behavior and a keen eye for detail across various digital assets.

Your expertise will be crucial in refining the entire user journey, starting from initial engagement. This includes:

  • User Flow Analysis and Optimization: You will meticulously map out and analyze user pathways, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for seamless navigation. By understanding how users interact with our platforms, you will implement strategies to guide them effortlessly towards conversion goals.
  • Landing Page Performance Enhancement: A significant portion of your focus will be dedicated to crafting and optimizing high-performing landing pages. This involves collaborating closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing, intuitive, and persuasive pages that resonate with our target audience and drive desired actions.
  • Web Form User Experience (UX) Improvement: Recognizing that web forms are critical conversion points, you will be responsible for enhancing their usability and efficiency. This includes simplifying fields, improving clarity, and ensuring a frictionless submission process to minimize abandonment rates.
  • HIPAA-Compliant Data Collection: Given the sensitive nature of the information we handle, adherence to HIPAA regulations for data collection is paramount. You will ensure that all data capture mechanisms are secure, compliant, and uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

To achieve these objectives, you will operate in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment. You will work in lockstep with our talented designers to ensure the aesthetic appeal and intuitive layout of all conversion assets, and with our skilled developers to bring your vision to life through robust and functional implementations.

Crucially, your approach will be rooted in continuous iteration and improvement. You will be instrumental in developing and executing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and consistently refine our funnels for optimal performance. Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting test results and translating them into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth.

  • Ensure all lead collection is HIPAA-safe and technically compliant.
  • Work closely with the team to align creative messaging with funnel flows.
