We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team. The ideals candidate will have strong data entry skills, including fast typing and attention to detail, to imput text-based and numerical information from source documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in our system

Operate common office equipment, such as scanners and printers

Dedication to customer service and pay great attention to details

Scan documents and print files when needed

Obtain further information for incomplete documents

Store completed documents in designated locations

Carry out other administrative tasks, such as managing files, answering

phones, and responding to incoming calls and emails

Qualifications:

Proven data entry work experience

Fast typing skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

Excellent customer service skills
