Join us as we charge forward.<br><br><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>As the Business Lead for Fleet Charging, you are the trustee of the Fleet channel. You will lead the business for rideshare, gig economy and other commercial drivers charging on EVgo’s public fast charging network. You will be responsible for scaling throughput, accelerating revenue growth, and maximizing margins across the network.<br><br>This is a commercial, entrepreneurial, full-funnel ownership role: you will set the strategy and orchestrate the execution across the critical levers of Partnerships, Pricing, Product and Promotions. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a rare blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational execution.<br><br>The ideal candidate is a builder, commercial leader, strategic operator, and trusted relationship-builder driven to make a real impact on the future of transportation.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and deliver the Fleet channel throughput, revenue and margin targets. Build the operating plan, manage the forecast, and monitor key performance metrics. Identify gaps and take action to optimize channel health — fast. </li><li>Develop and agree the Fleet channel strategy: including the critical levers of product, price, and promotions. Develop market sizing, competitive positioning, driver segmentation, and channel prioritization. Translate strategy into roadmaps with clear milestones. </li><li>Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with rideshare platforms, fleet operators, and fleet management aggregators. </li><li>Design and evaluate promotional and incentive campaigns to boost driver acquisition, usage, engagement, and loyalty. </li><li>Serve as the primary business voice for Fleet in the product development process. Define requirements, prioritize the roadmap with the Product team, and champion the driver experience from first charge to loyalty. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of Fleet and commercial charging customers, including usage patterns, pricing sensitivities, and operational constraints, and use insights to inform strategy and roadmap priorities. </li><li>Represent EVgo externally as a thought leader in fleet public charging, as needed, with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desired Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience managing a significant revenue line with accountability for measurable outcomes. </li><li>Data-driven decision maker with sharp commercial instincts. Advanced data proficiency with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. </li><li>Strong negotiation and partner management skills.
