Key Responsibilities Review and enhance AI-generated content related to employer branding, EVP (employer value proposition), and candidate experience. Evaluate AI outputs for employer brand alignment, strategic clarity, and real-world applicability. Draft authentic employer branding scenarios informed by your professional practice. Create scenario variations representing diverse perspectives (e.g., strategist, recruiter, candidate, business leader). Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors in AI-produced employer branding materials. Help AI systems develop a nuanced understanding of employer branding processes and strategies. About You Senior-level employer branding strategist/specialist with significant experience in the EU or UK. You must be located in the EU or UK to be eligible. Demonstrated skill in advising, strategizing, and executing employer branding programs, campaigns, and messages. Adept at critiquing content for brand consistency, clarity, and practical relevance.
