Key Responsibilities Core Data Entry Functions Enter high‑volume data into our Enterprise Management Resource (EMR) system, including product codes, shipment details, and sales records. Prepare, organize, and verify source documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and customer forms before entry. Perform routine clerical tasks—typing, faxing, scanning, and filing—to support the data entry workflow. Delete inaccurate entries and apply corrective updates in accordance with established data‑quality protocols. Maintain strict adherence to data‑entry standards, ensuring consistency across all fields and records. Quality Assurance & Auditing Conduct daily audits of newly entered data, cross‑checking against original documents to identify discrepancies. Document and report errors to supervisors or relevant departments, recommending process improvements where applicable.
