The Role:

We are seeking an experienced US trained Obstetricians and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses/Nurse Practitioner (APRNs/NP) to support our evolution of our menopause journey as a consultant. This role will leverage clinical experience for pathways of care and involves reviewing the most recent clinical research and systematic reviews, understanding recently changed and anticipated changing practices, and supporting program development.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide clinical expertise to support the maintenance and expansion of menopause-related care programs and pathways.
  • Identify and apply updates on clinical practice guidelines in multiple areas including but not limited to perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. 
  • Assess and interpret peer-reviewed scientific literature on menopause to inform program design, policies, and clinical guidance.
  • Develop clinical abstracts, white papers, and evidence summaries that translate scientific research.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • US Licensed Clinician: Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner (e.g., WHNP or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in reproductive health, with deep expertise in menopause care, including evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management
  • Certification or accreditation from The Menopause Society (MSCP) or pending certification

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience specific to menopause care.
  • Experienced in general women’s health practice including prenatal care 
  • Actively clinically practicing in the US.
  • Investigative skills in evaluating medical literature.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources and access to a confidential workspace
  • Experience in evolving clinical programs across multiple sites or via telehealth
  • Proficiency in searching medical and clinical databases to generate professional knowledge-based, succinct summary reviews.
