Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Content to lead Precondo’s content strategy and oversee our growing content team. This leadership role involves setting the editorial direction, managing content workflows, and ensuring all published content aligns with our brand voice, SEO goals, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers, editors, and content specialists.
  • Oversee content production across articles, web pages, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is high-quality, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize content impact.
  • Track content performance and use data to guide future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with real estate and digital content trends to maintain Precondo’s authority.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Head of Content, Content Director, or similar leadership role.
