Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE HRIS COORDINATOR! are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team. This role will focus on the support for administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, primarily ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and ADP WFM. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate with the HR Team to support HR processes, enhance data integrity, support onboarding, documentation, and provide high level support for HRIS system, team and affiliates. Key Responsibilities • Support and update the Workforce Now (WFN) HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, including onboarding. • Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems, though data entry and audits. • Collaborate with HR teams to understand system needs and propose solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes. • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities, coordinating testing and user training. • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and support user inquiries. • Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users. • Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements. Qualifications • Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, OR equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or related role. • Proficiency with Workforce Now (WFN) or similar HRIS platforms. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis. • Strong Excel Skills. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
