Partners with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated plans, establish governance frameworks, and ensure execution across complex, cross-functional portfolios. Serves as a key driver of enterprise transformation and transition initiatives, including complex migrations in highly regulated environments—by aligning change management strategy, risk, operating models, and execution to enable business readiness and long-term value. Additionally, shapes organizational design by overseeing talent, elevating communication strategies, and establishing performance metrics, serving as a key architect of operational excellence and enterprise success.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br />Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  </p><p>1.    Provide senior level leadership, developing operations strategy and objectives. Serve as key driver and architect to operationalize the strategy with particular emphasis on operations integration and achievement of financial targets through cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.<br />2.    Apply extensive operations and business knowledge and a credible voice to drive priorities from start to finish. Create cohesion and connect the dots across the organization. Take decisive action to execute the most complex projects, initiatives, and strategic imperatives.<br />3.    Develop and maintain effective internal working relationships across Ops, HR, Finance, and Risk. Serve as an information resource and in an advisory capacity to senior leaders across a variety of business challenges. Create transparency and foster candor.<br />4.    Design comprehensive, coordinated plans and maintain high-standards of execution and consistency. Establish operating rhythms and lead governance routines. <br />5.    Promote, track, and monitor expense management and cost reduction initiatives to achieve top of the house P&L and integration targets.<br />6.    Lead Operations communication strategy, talent programs, and oversee metrics and reporting.</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS<br />Required Qualifications:</b><br />The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>1.    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field<br />2.    7 years of previous related work experience with comprehensive operations experience<br />3.    Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, developing, and leading the execution of an expansive and concurrent variety of projects, initiatives, and programs<br />4.    Significant experience and strong grasp of risk management, human resources, and finance practices including direct and indirect P&L management<br />5.    Proven ability to develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment particularly during times of significant ambiguity and change<br />6.    Excellent interpersonal style, entrepreneurial nature, and ability to communicate highly complex ideas clearly and concisely</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br />1.    10+ years of related work experience including prior experience leading large Operations teams particularly in Financial Services<br />2.    History of bringing ideas to fruition through implementation of systems and formulation and execution of projects, initiatives, and programs<br />3.    Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders<br />4.    Experience with project management disciplines and process design frameworks<br />5.    Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to senior leaders; easily and confidently accomplishes work by positively influencing the actions of others</p><p><span>6. Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution across complex, matrixed organizations</span></p><p><span>7.
