As an International Voice Process Remote at The Elite Job, you will be a vital member of our cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient sample tracking. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our product development process. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sample Tracking and Communication:

  • Track and communicate delivery status of samples to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) files daily, including prototypes, material trials and approvals, SMS, and ad samples.
  • Review samples and verify their adherence to specifications; document any discrepancies.
  • Prepare updated design color cards for correction meetings.
  • Organize all samples and materials on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with local factories to make necessary modifications to SMS and Styling samples.

Market and Styling Preparation:

  • Ensure samples are prepared for line reviews and showroom setup.
  • Coordinate the photography of SMS for market presentation.
  • Organize SMS for the International Sales team's use.
  • Assist in collecting samples for styling photoshoots.
  • Manage seasonal Product Knowledge materials for Sales and E-commerce.

Material Management:

  • Communicate with suppliers for material requests and liaise with factories for coordination.
  • Maintain organized seasonal material books and ensure references for all sample materials are obtained.
  • Place orders for seasonal pantones and create color standard sheets for suppliers.
  • Develop trims as required.
  • Weekly organization of new materials in the Material Library.
  • Provide assistance with material liability projects.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate daily shipments, including local, domestic, and international deliveries.
  • Unpack incoming shipments daily and communicate received items to the team.
  • Manage coding of sample invoices to Accounts Payable.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in samples.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with material management and production processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
