We want to collaborate with fresh graduates and postgraduates to work with us. Preference for management graduates (MBA, BBA, BBM, but we do consider other segment graduates also if they have excellent English skills)

Who we are:

We are a Staffing company established in year 2024 and we are working majorly on job requirements from USA and India. We work majorly for US Healthcare, US Sales, US Manufacturing, US Accounts/Tax/Finance and Indian IT/Sales roles. We partnered with many direct recruiters, Vendors, Clients from USA, India and we share those hot requirements with you.

What is the role:

  • We are majorly working on US requirements, but we also have numerous Indian requirements on sub-con basis.
  • We train you on complete talent sourcing process starting from understanding the job requirements till finding the right matching candidates for free.
  • Your major activity will be on sourcing, screening.

  • For Indian jobs we pay between Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000 per closure depending on the Salary range and complexity of the requirements.
  • We give all the necessary trainings and support.

We can also consider candidates on career break and want to get into recruitment industry with detailed training.

Who is this for?

  • This is for candidates who are graduated freshers, career gap professionals.
  • Also, for somebody who are graduated but not in any fulltime job right now.

What you need to have?

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good internet connection.
  • Laptop/Desktop to work.
  • Linkedin profile (Prefer well built and having good number of connections).
  • Minimum 6 hours of dedicated time (but very flexible when you work).
  • Should be able to do simple tasks assigned to you and update the same on our tracker on daily/weekly basis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹1,00,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
