<strong>Onboarding Specialist (Non-Clinical) – Human Resources<br><br></strong><strong>Pay:</strong> $25.00 - $30.00; based off experience<br><br><strong>Location:</strong><em>Fully remote – candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area.</em> (First day onsite required to pick up equipment and verify system access.)<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking a <strong>detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist</strong> to coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
