<p>The Zaxbys Support Center is looking for an <strong>Operations Consultant </strong>to join the Field Operations team. The Operations Consultant is an experienced field operator responsible for driving measurable performance improvements across a portfolio of up to 60 restaurant locations. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the OC builds on a strong foundation of brand execution to take on responsibilities including leading cross-functional projects and deepening franchisee accountability through sustained influence and documented results. This role requires a track record of consistently meeting brand metrics, strong P&L command, and the leadership presence to coach both operators and peers.
