<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/><strong>The Role</strong><br/> We are looking for Program Director, to lead a large & complex multi pillar Oracle fusion cloud transformation program for a North America based customer with proven experience and capability with the below roles & responsibilities:<ul><li>The role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, executive leadership, large-scale change, and platform modernization, requiring deep credibility with CXO stakeholders</li><li>Accountable for orchestrating end-to-end program governance, delivery execution, risk/issue control, integrated plan & controls and value realization to ensure the customers Oracle fusion ERP transformation is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business outcomes.</li><li> Works closely with business lead, process owners</li><li> Plays a major role in steering committee and quarterly audit reviews</li><li> Ensure integrated plan, budget, staffing, and roadmap.</li><li> Stand up program controls (Risk Register, change control, reporting standards).</li><li>Map dependencies across tracks and milestone alignment</li><li>Align with Engagement Partner on the overall progress</li><li>Clearly articulates impact of risks on business operations</li><li>Drive execution discipline: status, forecasts, risk/issue monitor.</li><li>Run design authority cadence with solution/process/data/security leaders.</li><li>Ensure performance review against the SOW's and identify scope creep</li><li>Monitor Instance planning, Testing, Data, solution readiness for testing phases, resource availability</li><li>Lead readiness reviews, cutover governance.</li><li>Coordinate communications and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Confirm entry/exit criteria completions for go live</li><li>Govern triage SLAs, backlog reduction, trend to stability.</li><li>Close program financially and hand off to operational governance.</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><br/>The following requirements are important for the role, and we would expect candidates to demonstrate capability across many of these areas:<ul><li>Extensive Oracle programme and delivery management skills.</li><li>Experience in Retail & Manufacturing industry</li><li>Recognized as a peer and trusted advisor to CXOs rather than just being a delivery manager</li><li>Established knowledge & experience in Oracle ERP functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise.</li><li>Track-record of at least two successful end to end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organisations.</li><li>Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications, able to demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision.</li><li>Well established networks, relationships and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles etc.</li><li>Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.</li><li>Strong financial literacy, including: Budget ownership and forecasting, ROI and benefits realization, OPEX vs CAPEX considerations</li><li>Comfortable owning end-to-end outcomes, including tough trade-offs</li><li>Experience creating Lean, outcome-focused governance models, Clear decision rights across business and IT, Effective escalation and resolution paths</li><li>Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.</li><li>Proven capability leading organization-wide change, not just deployment.
