<p> Job<br /> Production Coordinator, TTS<br /> <br /> Job title<br /> Production Coordinator, TTS – Localization & Accessibility<br /> Location<br /> Hollywood, CA<br /> Position Overview<br /> The TTS Production Coordinator is a pivotal and versatile member of the TTS Operations team. Collaborating closely with TTS Producers, this position coordinates all project assets and handoffs between the various production steps and collaborators involved. The Production Coordinator masters both internal Deluxe systems and 3rd party client portals to effectively and expeditiously keep materials moving through the workflow from receipt to final delivery. A strong technical understanding of audio and video post-production assets and industry workflow expectations is required to be successful at coordinating TTS localization and accessibility orders at Deluxe.<br /> <br /> Primary Responsibilities<br /> • Coordinates orders from initial creation to final completion; ensures accuracy and timeliness throughout the process. This includes data entry, assessing asset workability, technical project set up and conforms, tracking dependent steps and due dates, evaluating QCs reports and monitoring revision steps.<br /> • Responsible for data management in core internal systems (Sfera, ONE) or client systems, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and maintained. Regularly auditing data to identify discrepancies/errors and taking corrective action as needed.<br /> • Monitors and communicates project specs, revisions requests, and client approvals with Producer and production teams.<br /> • Oversees metadata input, production tracker updates, and deliveries to client portals and platforms.<br /> • Tracks client production schedules and asset delivery dates; ability to pivot internal project schedules quickly and effectively due to source asset delays or changes in resource strategy.<br /> • Oversees multiple productions simultaneously in various stages from prep to post.<br /> • Develops professional expertise in technical and creative aspects of Localization and how these services fit within the Deluxe ecosystem and the entertainment industry.<br /> • Validates workflows to ensure processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company and client standards and requirements. Comfortable experimenting with new technologies to test alternative workflows to gain efficiencies.<br /> • Maintains a sharp understanding of emerging Ai technologies and technical workflows.<br /> • Onboards and schedules TTS Operators and Audio Specialists where needed.<br /> • Exhibits a high-level of efficiency and professionalism when communicating project updates, resource strategies and unforeseen challenges to clients and colleagues.<br /> • Masters all required tools and platforms across Deluxe and external client or vendor systems.<br /> • Contributes to creative performance evaluations and provides valuable system feedback.<br /> • Completes other production-related duties as assigned at the discretion of management.<br /> Qualifications<br /> • Minimum 3 years working in either localization, production and/or postproduction.<br /> • Preferred 2-year experience working specifically in the localization or accessibility space.<br /> • Thorough understanding of localization and accessibility workflows, standards and technology.<br /> • Curiosity, openness and passion for Ai technologies and production workflows required.<br /> • Proven experience in managing orders in 3rd party systems.<br /> • Experience working with cross-functional teams both locally and globally.<br /> • Familiarity with TTS, ASR, MTPE, LLMs workflows a plus.<br /> • Understanding of technical audio postproduction workflows and specifications.<br /> • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br /> • Experience handling sensitive and complex project requirements and planning.<br /> • Ability to effectively navigate and negotiate with varying creative personalities.<br /> • Strong attention to detail, nuance and creative intent.<br /> • Self-starter, problem-solver; strong collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork Exceptional organization and communication skills (verbal and written).<br /> • Proficiency in word processor, inventory, order processing and database software.<br /> • Professional working proficiency in a second language a plus.<br /> This is not a remote working opportunity. The TTS Production Coordinator is required to work in-person and onsite business hours Monday through Friday. Dependent on overall performance and training, a hybrid schedule may eventually be considered.
