Come join our team!<br><br>BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Sustainment Quality Manager to lead our Program Quality Engineers on F22 Sustainment programs. Oversight shall include, but not limited to, ensuring customer contract requirements are met, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management. The role will be involved in documenting Sustainment Processes for both Integrated Contractor Support and Customer Depots, writing Basis of Estimate and supporting proposals for future efforts, as well as the day to functional leadership of the Program Quality Engineers for Sustainment and/or Non-recurring Engineering Programs. The individual will work closely with the Customer, Program Management offices & Supplier Quality Teams along with other critical functions to provide world class program execution. Additionally, support corrective actions using quality science tools via 8D methodology.<br><br>Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of an Hybrid work format (with majority of work in site), with travel to other locations as required.<br></br></br><b>Required Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li>A Bachelor's Degree and 6-8+ years work experience</li><li>Self-starting problem solver with a fact based focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team. </li><li>Enjoys leading, working with and coaching Quality professionals and other cross-functional team members to continuously improve execution success </li><li>Understanding the process for Basis of Estimate and proposals</li><li>Understanding of Quality Science tools (APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma, Auditing) along with relevant industry standards </li><li>Sustainment Experience with supporting Life Cycle Support programs</li></ul></br></br><b>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li>A Master's degree</li><li>Leadership or management experience with direct reports</li><li>Quality management experience in a highly regulated industry (aerospace, medical)</li><li>Six Sigma Green/Black belt certified</li><li>Experience interfacing with customers</li><li>Active Security Clearance</li><li>Understanding of relevant industry standards (AS9100, AS9102 and AS9145)</li><li>People management</li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
