The Role As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will help bring our employer brand to life and support talent attraction efforts across email marketing, social media, digital content, hiring events, and campaign execution. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to create and deliver on-brand marketing materials that help attract candidates, support high-volume hiring, and strengthen the candidate experience. This role is a great fit for an early-career marketer who is organized, creative, and excited to grow skills in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media content, campaign coordination, and talent acquisition marketing. Key Responsibilities Distribution Center Hiring Support Act as a go-to recruitment marketing contact for distribution center hiring teams in the U.S. and Canada Coordinate requests for hiring event materials, templates, flyers, signage, and digital content Help prepare and organize approved employer brand materials for high-volume hiring events Make sure materials align with employer brand guidelines and talent attraction goals Keep creative assets, templates, and recruitment marketing resources organized and easy to access Campaign and Content Support Support recruitment marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, digital channels, and career site content Create, update, and organize campaign assets, email templates, and promotional content for talent acquisition initiatives Repurpose employer brand content for hiring campaigns, job fairs, and recruitment events Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering accurate, timely marketing support Copywriting and Creative Support Write and edit short-form copy for social media posts, emails, event descriptions, and campaign messaging Proofread marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment Support basic video editing for short-form content using existing footage Social Media and Reporting Support Help schedule and publish employer brand and recruitment marketing content across social media platforms Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules Track engagement metrics and support basic campaign reporting and analytics Collaboration Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams, especially distribution center recruiters and hiring teams Collaborate with internal marketing and communications partners to ensure brand consistency across recruitment marketing efforts What You Bring Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience. Desired Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, social media, content coordination, or employer branding Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills Experience with video editing, graphic design, or visual content tools is a plus Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Additional Desired Skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, or candidate engagement Experience supporting hiring events, field marketing programs, or location-based recruitment campaigns Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, content management systems, or analytics platforms Physical Requirements General office demands Hybrid | Home and McKesson office Occasional travel may be required to other McKesson locations, up to 10% We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
