You will be the voice that guides patients through medication enrollment, resolves prescription inquiries, and ensures that every piece of health data is captured accurately and securely. By handling high‑volume calls, navigating complex pharmacy workflows, and adhering to strict HIPAA standards, you help maintain the integrity of arenaflex’s health information and support the broader goal of delivering seamless, omnichannel care. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy information system to enter, verify, and update patient medication data with precision. Process inbound patient calls, messages, and web inquiries, providing clear guidance on prescription status, refill procedures, and medication counseling. Initiate outbound communications to prescribers, patients, and third‑party providers to resolve “outside oddities” such as missing information, prescription clarifications, and authorization requests. Interpret and enter SIG codes, dosage instructions, and other clinical abbreviations while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, escalating complex cases to senior pharmacy staff when necessary. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists across multiple locations, ensuring a unified approach to patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM platform, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. Achieve performance metrics related to call handling time, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Basic computer proficiency ability to power on/off a computer, navigate using a mouse, open/close applications, save and print documents, and browse the internet.
