Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and statistical algorithms to optimize processes within the Health Care Benefits (HCB) ecosystem. Design and maintain data pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Operations, and Business Intelligence—to translate business problems into analytical solutions. Identify and quantify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, delivering actionable recommendations that reduce costs and improve member satisfaction. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic decision‑making. Create clear, visual dashboards and reports that communicate complex findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Stay current with emerging data science techniques, tools, and best practices, and proactively introduce innovative approaches to the team. Essential Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
