The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Night Shift Insurance Claims Processor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately review, process, and adjudicate insurance claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Verify all claim information and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Communicate with internal departments, insurance providers, and third-party vendors to resolve claim discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the claims management system.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate complex or suspicious claims to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors on claim statuses and workflow bottlenecks.
