Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the system.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step problem resolution processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
