We’re Hiring: Sales & Event Communications Coordinator

Accent New Orleans | Full-Time | Mid-City New Orleans

Accent New Orleans is looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Sales & Event Communications Coordinator to support business development, proposal execution, and brand communications in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

This role sits at the intersection of sales support and marketing coordination, helping ensure that lead tracking, proposal development, CRM management, and communication efforts are aligned, timely, and consistently executed.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both structure and creativity, a professional who can keep the sales pipeline organized while also helping execute social media and communication efforts that strengthen visibility and support lead generation.

In this role, you will:

  • Support revenue generation through sales coordination and proposal development
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and assist with lead tracking and pipeline organization
  • Help create and execute social media and communication content that reinforces the company’s brand and positioning
  • Ensure communication efforts support sales objectives and business development priorities
  • Assist in keeping internal systems, follow-up processes, and client-facing materials organized and professional
  • Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure alignment across sales, messaging, and execution
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience in sales support, proposal coordination, marketing communications, or CRM management
