Job Description:

In the role of Sales Executive – Independent Aftermarket , you are responsible for developing the independent automotive aftermarket business, managing our customers, key accounts and purchasing groups, and driving sustainable sales growth in the South-West of France. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth 

  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups 

  • Maximize customer retention while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities 

  • Conduct regular and value‑adding customer visits at distributor and trade levels 

  • Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions 

  • Lead commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy 

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage 

  • Support and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to support strategic and commercial decision‑making 

  • Deliver commercial and product training, and represent DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums 

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket 

  • Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups 

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills 

  • Strategic, proactive and results-driven with a hands-on approach 

  • Able to work independently in an international, multicultural environment 

  • Fluent in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus) 

  • Strong MS Office skills 

Additional Information:

The role requires frequent travel (up to 70–80% of your working time, depending on region). You will work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams across Europe.
