WHY WE NEED YOU

As our sales enthusiast, you are responsible for SMELA's new customer acquisition and, of course, also maintain contacts with existing customers. The daily office routine is not always for you? No problem! You can pursue your passion at customer sites or during various networking events (e.g. trade fairs). You have the opportunity to build up your own team, to continuously train yourself and to grow together with us.

WHAT YOU MAKE HAPPEN WITH US

  • You take over the support and expansion of an existing customer and product portf
  • Acquisition of new customers and active market development in the DACH region are among your main tasks.
  • The observation of trends, lead generation as well as the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns (strategic work) are also part of your tasks with us.
  • Preparing and conducting price and contract negotiations is also part of your daily routine with us.
  • We offer the all-round service: consisting of customer-side project support from inquiry to delivery.
  • But also the preparation and presentation of offers are a frequent part of your job.
  • Close collaboration with product development and manufacturing are ubiquitous (since we live flat hierarchies and flat decision-making levels, this usually happens all by itself).
  • Representing SMELA at trade fairs and with (potential) customers plays a major role. You represent our innovative and patented products.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a completed education, a university degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Already gained professional experience in technical sales or marketing with industry knowledge in the electrical and automation industry would be desirable. But we also know - everyone starts sometime -.
  • For you, the customer is in the foreground and thanks to your passion for sales, you can convince potential customers of our innovations.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness complement your confident and personable demeanor.
  • You think in a solution-oriented manner, work in a structured manner and demonstrate a good sense for urgent tasks.
  • Nothing can be refused to you, because you have business fluent language skills in German and English.
