The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to operate with minimal direction while adapting to evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or sales/business operations analytics.

  • Experience working in a sales, business development, or revenue operations environment.

  • Familiarity with data governance, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Data Analysis & Analytics Development

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights for sales and business leadership.

  • Independently design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions tailored to evolving business requirements, with minimal oversight.

  • Compile, analyze, and validate data for recurring and ad hoc sales reporting.

  • Assist with the building of analytical models to support goal setting, forecasting, performance tracking, and the capture of key operational metrics.

  • Perform data quality control, cleanup, and alignment across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

  • Leverage advanced Excel functionality (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling) to support analysis and reporting needs.

Business Intelligence & Power BI Reporting

  • In coordination with the Sales Operations Director, design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to meet internal and executive reporting requirements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Power BI, including data modeling, report optimization, and automation of recurring reports.

  • Integrate data from multiple systems and legacy sources into Power BI, understanding how each data source contributes to the final reported outputs.

  • Continuously assess and refine reporting logic as business requirements, definitions, or data sources change, focusing on the intended outcome rather than static instructions.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Process Enablement

  • Partner closely with IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Business Units to gather, validate, and reconcile data across departments.

  • Identify and eliminate duplicate reporting efforts and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and data reliability.

  • Integrate cross-departmental data as needed to support enterprise-wide reporting and analysis.

  • Help ensure systems, tools, and processes are being used correctly and consistently by all stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, training materials, procedures, and tools to support ongoing process improvements.

CRM, Sales Systems & Data Governance

  • Maintain a strong working understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, including how data flows between systems.

  • Utilize CRM and ERP data to support reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Deltek VantagePoint is strongly preferred.

  • Analyze BI dashboards and reports to proactively identify data quality issues.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to develop and execute mitigation strategies, data cleanup initiatives, and long-term data governance improvements.
