With that comes the unique opportunity to impact lives across the world and experience first-hand the difference your hard work makes.<br><br>We’re looking for a <strong>Higher Education</strong> <strong>Sales Representative</strong> to support a territory of universities and colleges in and around <strong>Kansas City.</strong> Reporting to a District Sales Manager in our Higher Education Sales Organization, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving digital product sales within the assigned territory by connecting with faculty and key stakeholders at colleges and universities.<br><br><strong>How can you make an impact?<br><br></strong>Sales Representatives are experienced communicators who are highly organized, data-driven, and can quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of McGraw Hill solutions on educators and learners. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit – is willing to seek out, engage and close business all while working in a dynamic and complex environment. This territory has accounts in Kansas City, Topeka, Manhattan and St. Joseph. Occasional out-of-state travel for company meetings is also expected.</li><li>Residency and Licensing: Candidates must reside within the territory and hold a valid driver’s license to accommodate travel needs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>We’re looking for someone with: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of sales experience.</li><li>A valid drivers license & ability to drive a car is required.</li><li>Evidence of being a high achiever with a track record of success.</li><li>A competitive spirit and passion to succeed.</li><li>Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adaptable to change.</li><li>Capacity to think outside the box and solve problems independently.</li><li>Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and time management skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why work for us?<br><br></strong>At McGraw Hill, you will be empowered to make a real impact on a global scale. The pay range for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
