If you want to work with online businesses, entrepreneurs, and investments, Ecomma might be your next step.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><span>:</span></p><p>As a <strong>Sales Development Representative</strong> (<strong>SDR</strong>) at <strong>Ecomma</strong>, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential investors for our e-commerce portfolios. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting outreach via email, phone calls, and social media, managing leads within a CRM system, and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert prospects into clients. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL, where collaboration and teamwork are integral to driving success in our sales initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><span>:</span></p><ul><li>Research and identify potential prospects that fit our ideal customer profile.</li><li> Reach out to cold and warm leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and start conversations.</li><li>Qualify prospects by understanding their business, goals, pain points, and decision-making process.</li><li>Book discovery calls and sales meetings for the Account Executives or sales team.</li><li>Manage and maintain accurate prospect data, outreach activity, and pipeline updates in our CRM (HubSpot).</li><li>Follow up consistently with prospects to keep conversations moving and nurture opportunities over time.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach messaging, targeting, and lead quality.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact between potential clients and the company, creating a strong and professional first impression.</li><li>Track outreach performance and help optimize strategies based on real conversations and feedback from prospects.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow SDRs and BDR to share best practices and optimize outreach strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><span>:</span></p><ul><li>1+ years experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation — ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced role.</li><li>Strong, clear English communication skills — both spoken and written.</li><li>High emotional intelligence — able to build trust quickly and professionally over the phone or via message.</li><li>Someone who’s confident asking questions and leading conversations.</li><li>Comfortable working with a CRM and taking ownership of lead follow-up and pipeline hygiene.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce or online business is a big plus (but not required).</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets</li><li>Self-driven, hungry, and excited by the idea of helping entrepreneurs and investors buy or build successful e-commerce businesses.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong>:</p><ul><li>A results-first culture with no micromanagement — just ownership and accountability.</li><li>Deep industry exposure to e-commerce, private equity, and M&A.</li><li>A highly motivated, international team.</li><li>Full support and training to help you succeed.</li><li>A path for growth into higher-paying sales, marketing, or operations roles within the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The position will be filled immediately for the right candidate.
