RCE describes itself as serving international Christian schools and their expatriate staff and as a sending agency for that work. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site position in Panama City for a Secondary English Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, Christ-centered English instruction aligned with academic standards while supporting the academic, spiritual, and social development of students. Responsibilities include teaching secondary English courses, assessing student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, collaborating with faculty on curriculum development, and participating in school activities and professional development. This role is best suited for a committed Christian educator who sees teaching as ministry and who understands that serving at CCA is about more than employment alone.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Literature, or a related field</li><li>Relevant teaching experience at the middle and/or high school level</li><li>Strong knowledge of secondary English instruction</li><li>Teaching certification or qualifications in a relevant discipline preferred</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and classroom management skills</li><li>Ability to foster a positive and Christ-centered classroom environment</li><li>Experience integrating Christian values into instruction preferred</li><li>A clear personal commitment to Jesus Christ and willingness to support the Christian mission of the school</li><li>For candidates relocating internationally, willingness to serve through Resourcing Christian Education International (RCE) if selected</li></ul><p><br></p>
