Service Delivery Supervisor - Luton Airport –Full Time - 4 on 4 off, 2 days & 2 nights - £34,480.20 Per Annum

An opening has arisen to work as part of the onsite APCOA Management team at Luton Airport as a Service Delivery Supervisor. This role is vital to support the day to day operations with in the Airport. You will be responsible for assisting the SMD with managing and motivating a large team, whilst ensuring the smooth running of operations and the service we offer.

Please note the working shift pattern for this role is 4 shifts on then 4 off - 2 days shifts then 2 night shifts

What you’ll do:

    • To monitor and manage the day-to-day operations, consisting of car parks, Priority parking and the bussing operation, along with the SDM on shift, taking the lead in their absence.
    • To Plan and Allocate staff across the entire operation ensuring resources are deployed to the areas of most need during the working day
    • To be first point of contact for any customer issues that arise on site.
    • To maintain strong communications and consult daily with the Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager & Transport Supervisor/Manager, seeking assistance and agreeing on actions to resolve outstanding issues.
    • To maintain a standard of attitude and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible light.
    • To comply with company policy and procedures, health and safety law and other relevant legislation
    • To organise, manage, and motivate the team on shift across the APCOA operation.
    • To carry out the cash collection, processing, and associated task on site
    • To be the primary contact for all clients and suppliers in the absence of the SDM and take on any responsibilities of the SDM.

What you’ll bring:

  • Recent team management experience.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
