<p>Social & Content Marketing Manager</p><p><br></p><p>We are partnering with a growing consumer-focused organization to add a Social & Content Marketing Manager to the team. This role will lead the development and execution of a cohesive content and social media strategy focused on driving engagement, strengthening brand presence, and supporting overall digital growth.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that blends creative execution with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning content from concept through execution and staying on top of current social trends.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is hybrid with 4 days a week in office expectation in Doral and is offering a competitive base compensation and benefits package. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Content Creation & Production</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and create engaging content across social platforms, including graphics, photography, and video</li><li>Conceptualize and produce short-form video content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives</li><li>Handle end-to-end content creation, including filming, editing, and post-production</li><li>Support planning and execution of content shoots and campaign assets</li></ul><p><strong>Content Management & Copywriting</strong></p><ul><li>Write and manage content across social channels and other digital platforms</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver content calendars</li><li>Review and ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all channels</li></ul><p><strong>Social Media Strategy & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Own and manage social media accounts, including planning, publishing, community engagement, and reporting</li><li>Monitor social performance and optimize strategy based on trends, insights, and audience behavior</li><li>Establish KPIs and track performance across key platforms</li></ul><p><strong>Influencer & Partner Management</strong></p><ul><li>Support influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, coordination, and campaign execution</li><li>Assist with content briefing and collaboration with external partners and agencies</li><li>Help identify new partnership opportunities aligned with brand goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>2–4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content</li><li>Experience producing and editing short-form video content</li><li>Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li></ul><p></p>
