ClearSource is looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Permit Designer to support our client’s growing Solar Program. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in creating complete and compliant solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client standards, and productivity goals. Your work will directly support the success of solar installations and help deliver a seamless experience for customers.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative

  • Generate complete solar permit packages which follow AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements, client processes, required SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality metrics.
  • Adhere to the established schedule as designated by leadership.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in the workplace and online communications.
  • Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.
  • Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy).
