Riveron is looking for Salesforce Developer focused on Sales Cloud and Pardot to join our team. The Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Sales Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales processes. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Salesforce features, and ensuring seamless user experiences across portals and communities. Who You Are • 6 Years of Experience in Salesforce with Strong understanding of Sales and experience Cloud • Must have done more than two end to end implementations of Sales and Experience Cloud. • Hands on experience of CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash process • Hands on Experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo • Hands on experience on various automation features such as flows. • Strong Knowledge of Apex and LWC • Experienced with DevOps • Knowledge of Single Sign on • Experienced integrating with NetSuite and ERP with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi • Knowledge of Agentforce • Excellent communication skills What You'll Do • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Document functional requirements and create solution design • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs • Design and implement Experience Cloud portals • Map requirements with OOB features and identify need for customization • Configure various features of Sales Cloud such as Sales Management, Campaigns, Lead Conversion, Forecasting, Sales Cadences, Account Management, Territory Management • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs • Experience with Marketing platforms – Pardot/Marketo to build end to end configurations • Implement App Exchange products such as DocuSign, Spiff/Xactly, Conga Composer, Sales Navigator, Demand tools, Cloudingo, Checkmarks, PMD, OwnBackup, Vonage • Identify integration requirements and suggest approach • Configure Experience Cloud features such as Experience Builder, Customer Service, Partner Central, Self-Service Portals, Knowledge and Chatter • Customize Experience Cloud templates for branding and usability • Ensure responsive design and accessibility across devices • Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development team • Prepare Solution design, System Architecture and Entity Relationship Diagram • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation About Riveron At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
