As a Territory Business Manager, you will lead the promotion of our medical devices across Japan, engaging with healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and community settings. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve prescription behavior and drive patient growth through impactful field engagement.</span></p><p><br><span><b>Where You Come In</b></span></p><ul><li><span>As a Territory Business Manager, you will represent our medical device portfolio to healthcare professionals across Japan. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, educating HCPs, and supporting clinical integration across a diverse range of healthcare settings. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and strategic impact.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Sales collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team (Regional Sales Manager and other sales team) anddevelop key stakeholders and promote brand penetration, including endocrinologists, diabetes nurse educators, and key advocates.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Event Strategy: Execute brand strategies and a nationwide field event strategy. Support regional event strategies and improve execution in collaboration with marketing.</span></li><li><span>Account Management: Lead projects at every center required to grow sales and relationships with a strong emphasis on diabetes care. Set quarterly sales touch points with each region to ensure consistent engagement and growth.</span></li><li><span>Administrative Support: Serve as a key speaking partner for legal, event management, and regional responsibilities.
