At Equity Bank we’ll help you invest in your community through volunteer opportunities which align with our company initiatives and core values.<br><br></em><strong>Responsibilities And Expectations<br><br></strong><ul><li> Responsibility</li><li>Provide review and underwriting for Treasury Management Relationships</li><li>Support Treasury Management Team by Completing set up documentation for various Treasury Management products;</li><li>Performs customer setups and training on multiple platforms and systems; interacts with software vendors to handle systems or customer support issues;</li><li>Comfortable diagnosing and problem-solving technical issues over the phone and via email;</li><li>Works closely with the Bank’s commercial customers in a professional and responsive manner in order to meet the customers’ needs;</li><li>Must be familiar with treasury systems/platforms and controls that provide accurate and timely information within the bounds of regulatory and policy compliance;</li><li>Considerable experience in and up-to-date knowledge of the principles and concepts of Treasury Management and banking;</li><li>Knowledge of Bank operations and Treasury Management products including but not limited to: Business Online Banking, RDC, ACH, Wires, Lockbox Operations, Installing/downloading PC software, etc.;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff, management, auditors, and other officials with regard to Treasury Management, banking, and investment activities;</li><li>Considerable knowledge of business principles and practices, and federal/state statutory and regulatory requirements related to investments and banking;</li><li>Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), the Bank’s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and participation in ongoing related training;</li><li>Some travel is required</li><li> Perform other duties as assigned or required.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills & Education</strong> <br><br><ul><li>High School diploma or . . .</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously</li><ul><li>Computer skills, especially the ability to work in Windows based systems</li></ul><li>2+ years of experience in Treasury Management services with a financial institution preferred<br><br></li></ul>The above statements are intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by most people assigned to this job.
