Hi TikTok Virtual Assistants đź‘‹

We’re a TikTok Marketing Agency looking for a U.S.-based TikTok Virtual Assistant who can help us manage and execute day-to-day TikTok operations for one of our brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands TikTok and can operate without needing constant direction.

If things go well, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into managing multiple client accounts within our agency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain our TikTok content calendar

Schedule and post videos (we create the content, you handle execution)

Upload and optimize posts directly within TikTok

Invite and manage creators to receive product samples through TikTok Shop

Ensure consistent posting and smooth day-to-day account operations

BONUS RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT REQUIRED):

Cross-post TikTok content to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

Monitor and respond to comments and engagement across platforms

Assist with TikTok Shop management (backend TikTok Shop stuff)

Help manage or optimize TikTok Ads campaigns

Run simple A/B tests and analyze performance data to identify which videos, hooks, and formats are working best

MUST-HAVES:

Based in the United States

Strong experience using TikTok (posting, scheduling, creator outreach)

Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator workflows

Ability to work independently without step-by-step guidance

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Strong communication skills

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has previously managed or assisted with a TikTok account for a brand

Understands how to keep a content calendar organized and consistent

Comfortable navigating TikTok backend tools and creator outreach

Has experience or interest in scaling into multi-account management
