<p>Location: Remote</p><p>Fixed-Term</p><p>Role SummaryThis role will support the UK Productivity & Deployment Manager in ensuring SSP\'s workforce management (WFM) tools are used effectively and consistently.</p><p>The role combines data analysis, system expertise and operational understanding to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, while maintaining compliance and standards.</p><p>You will work very closely with Operations, analysing labour demand data, labour spend and scheduling effectiveness to identify opportunities to improve productivity and provide a better speed and quality of service. You will additionally be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SSP\'s labour models.</p><p>What We\'re Looking For</p><p>Experience in workforce planning, scheduling or labour analysis</p><p>Strong understanding of WFM systems (UKG Pro experience desirable)</p><p>Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel)</p><p>Commercial awareness of labour budgets and productivity drivers</p><p>Ability to influence stakeholders through data‐led insight</p><p>Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, multi‐site environment</p><p>What You\'ll Be DoingOptimising schedules & driving governance</p><p>Configure and manage Workforce Management (WFM) system settings</p><p>Monitor schedule quality and adherence to KPIs</p><p>Identify inefficiencies and coach sites on best‐practice rostering</p><p>Support system upgrades and enhancements</p><p>Forecasting & modelling</p><p>Analyse sales and transaction data to improve labour demand forecasting</p><p>Translate forecasts into clear, practical labour plans</p><p>Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions</p><p>Support new openings and operational changes with WFM modelling</p><p>Data insight & productivity improvement</p><p>Analyse labour KPIs such as productivity, overtime, absence and contract mix</p><p>Provide clear, actionable insights to Operations</p><p>Support performance improvement plans to enhance speed and quality of service</p><p>Operational support</p><p>Act as first‐line support for WFM queries</p><p>Deliver training and coaching to GMs and Ops Managers</p><p>Collaborate cross‐functionally to drive continuous improvement</p><p>Why join SSP?At SSP, our purpose is to be the best part of the journey.
