The Customer Care Expert (CCE) is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships by providing exceptional experiences for customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in all interactions. Establish and earn customers' trust through attentive and personalized service. • Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously. Handle overflow appointment requests with precision. • On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required. • Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns. Demonstrate strong character and values in every customer interaction. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team to ensure a unified customer care approach. • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations. QUALIFICCATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. • Age Requirement: Minimum age of eligibility: 18 years or older. • Teachability: Willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities. • Communication Skills: Professional and amiable phone presence. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities. • Experience: Previous Customer Care experience is preferred. • Screening: Successful completion of drug screening and background check. • Adaptability: Ability to follow/utilize the playbook when handling different topics/conversations. • Must be able to work nights and weekends SALARY: • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, depending on experience and expertise.
