Job Description

Location: Remote, EST location required (Supporting EST hours with some timzone overlap with Europe - ~7am EST start)

What You'll Do

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own day‑to‑day delivery coordination across initiatives / Partnerships
  • Translate ambiguous goals into clear plans: milestones, owners, timelines, and risks.
  • Maintain trackers, work plans, and delivery artifacts that reflect real status - not aspirational updates.
  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and decision points before they become blockers.

Executive Communications & Briefing

  • Create and coordinate executive‑ready briefs for internal leadership and partner counterparts.
  • Prepare concise status updates, Steering Committee materials, and leadership readouts.
  • Ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and appropriate for senior audiences.

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a coordination lead across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support high‑profile engagements, meetings, and workshops (including, Workshops, External Events and organizational events).
  • Track partner commitments, follow‑ups, and outcomes to closure.

Operational Excellence

  • Own governance hygiene: notes, actions, decisions, trackers, and documentation.
  • Ensure SharePoint and reporting artifacts are current, usable, and trusted.
  • Enable teams to focus on delivery by keeping operations clean and predictable.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in project or program management in complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience with digital transformation, Microsoft technology, AI, and innovation programs.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with limited direction.
  • Strong executive communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and accountability.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, partners, and external organizations.

Preferred

  • Exposure in nonprofit, public sector, or international organizations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and environments (e.g., SharePoint, executive forums, trackers).
  • Experience supporting executive governance forums or Steering Committees.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted hourly pay ranges is $63-73/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
